1. Login to the home page of Walthers.
  2. Look around and make your selection of these items you need. At any article click “Order” to get it into the shopping cart
  3. When finished to choose your articles click to the bottom “ORDER DIRECT”.
  4. Scroll down to the middle of the page until you see the bottom “change current Hobby Shop” and click on it.
  5. At the list of countries choose Luxembourg and on the next screen click on “Order from the Train Station Sàrl”. The screen goes back to the check out screen, now click “Proceed to check out counter”
  6. A menu comes up, asking your e-mail address. This is a must fill field. Check if you would have an account at Walthers or not. Click the “continue” bottom.
  7. Fill out all your shipping information’s. A screen appears telling you the shipping conditions.
  8. On the next screen fill out your payment information’s.
  9. Then make the final control on the last screen and send your order.
  10. You get a confirmation by e-mail and the Train Station Stuff will contact you for further info or telling you that your order is completed and ready to pick up.

 

  1. Ouverture de la page d'accueil Walthers. 
  2. Regardez et faite votre choix des articles que vous voulez acheter. À chaque article cliquez « Order » pour le mettre dans le panier.
  3. Une fois choisis tous vos articles cliquez sur  « ORDER DIRECT ».  
  4. Faire défiler l’écran vers le milieu de la page jusqu'à ce que vous voyez « change current hobby shop » et cliquez.
  5. Dans la liste des pays choisissez le Luxembourg et au prochain écran cliquer « order from the Train Station Sàrl ». L'écran revient de nouveau à Check Out , cliquez maintenant « proceed to check out counter ».
  6. Un menu apparaît vous demandant votre adresse E-mail. Ce champ doit être rempli. Décidez si  vous voulez ouvrir un compte d’achat chez Walthers ou pas. Cliquer « continue ». 
  7. Remplissez tous les champs avec vos informations de livraison. Un écran apparaît avec des explications. 
  8. Sur le prochain écran complétez les informations sur le mode de paiement.
  9. Un dernier écran apparaît pour contrôler et envoyer « send order » votre commande. 
  10. Vous aller recevoir un mail de confirmation que votre commande est bien passée et nous de la Train Station Sàrl vont vous contacter pour de plus amples informations ou vous communiquer que vos articles sont à votre disposition chez nous au magasin.

 

 

  1. Sie loggen sich auf der Home Page von Walthers ein.
  2. Sie schauen sich um und wählen bei jedem Artikel den Sie kaufen möchten “order” und die Ware wird im Waremkorb abgelegt.
  3. Wenn Sie alles im Korb haben was Sie kaufen möchten dann clicken Sie auf die Fläche  “Order direct”.  
  4. Scrollen Sie bis etwa zur Mitte der neuen Seite, bis Sie “Change current Hobby Shop” sehen worauf Sie dann clicken sollten. 
  5. In der Liste der Länder wählen Sie Luxemburg aus um auf dem folgenden Schirm „order from the Train Station Sàrl”aus zu wählen. Der Schirm springt dann zurück auf den “Check out “ Schirm, hier dann auf “proceed to check out counter” klicken. 
  6. Ein Menü erscheint wo Sie Ihre  E-mail Adresse eingeben. Dies ist ein muß Feld. Hier können Sie auswählen ob Sie ein Konto bei Walthers einrichten wollwn oder nicht. Den “Continue” Knopf drücken.
  7. Alle Versandinformationen, ausfüllen. Dann kommt ein Schirm mit Erklärungen. 
  8. Auf dem folgenden Schirm müssen Sie Ihre Zahlungsinformationen angeben. 
  9. Abschliessend haben Sie die Möglichkeit alle Angaben noch mal zu kontrollieren um dann den Auftrag an Walthers zu senden. 
  10. Sie erhalten eine Mail als Bestätigung dass Ihr Auftrag eingegangen ist und wir von der Train Station werden uns dann bei Ihnen melden um eventuelle offene Fragen zu klären und Ihnen mit zu teilen dass Ihr Auftrag bei uns für Sie bereit liegt.
